I found the letting the process with Martins and Co Slough entirely effortless. Harvey was on hand to allay any fears and answer all questions I had. I found the staff at the agency to be personable, competent and completely professional. On more than one occasion they went over and above what was expected and as a result I highly recommend them.

Martin and CO is a high standard professional Letting and Estate Agents. Their standards are high and every other letting agent should have the same ethic as they do. You rent a spotless clean property managed by Martin and Co, you must leave it as it was when you moved in. You didn't , you must pay. Why do you expect someone to clean or decorate after you on their own expenses? The landlord pays to clean and decorate after each end of tenancy and the landlord wants his money back, not the letting agent. So you people who complain about deposits not being returned, make sure you leave the property as you found it when you moved in and then you won't have any problems getting your deposit back. I highly recommend Martin and Co, their standards are the highest in Slough area and if you rent through them, you will leave in a clean well decorated property.

Where Should I start ? Great Experience! We have rented through Martin & Co for first time now, directly moving far from INDIA to UK into a flat. I have earlier interacted with couple of other agency in past, but remotely working with Martin was as smooth as we are locally present. Their staff are highly professional and personable (shout out to Callum and Pawan). Jagdish is highly inclusive and has way out for all your issues / concerns. I can't recommend Martin & Co enough. I have found Martin and Co very easy to deal with so far and I am very happy with the service they have provided. Very quick to respond from the first viewing of the property to moving in. Pleasant staff that are always willing to listen. I believe this particular franchise was recently taken over which has improved the level of service and professionalism of the brand. I would recommend using Martin & Co to friends and family looking for a new rental.

My experience with Martin & Co Slough was mixed. While some agents weren't as responsive, I'd like to give a big shoutout to Callum at the Office in Slough! He was incredibly professional, helpful, and always kept me informed. Thanks to his efforts, my overall experience with Martin & Co was positive.

Useless and unresponsive. We were originally with Maidenhead branch and suddenly had emails telling us to change our standing order to the Slough branch as Maidenhead had been taken over. These emails were sent a week before the actual take over and we had had no prior communication about this. They just expected us to change a standing order for >£1000/month to go to someone new from a quick email. We had no idea at the time if this was legitimate and it was handled very unprofessionally. Since being with Slough branch, emails have gone unanswered and if I ring up no one seems to know what is going on.
