We are approaching the 3 year

We are approaching the 3 year mark in our rented property. During this time, we have been more than satisfied with the service we have received from Newton Fallowell, from the very first viewing, to the most recent quarterly inspections. We are extremely happy with the efficient service, should it be required, for any structural or internal issues that arise in the house. All issues are all dealt with in a prompt, professional, manner, and with respect. All the staff within the branch are approachable, friendly, and kind. We rarely need to visit the branch as most issues are dealt with on the phone or by email, and the response rate is always very quick. We were treated with compassion and met with support when during a difficult personal time, we were faced with a situation which was out of our control, and which led to a delay in our rent being paid. The communication between the estate agents and ourselves was empathetic and meant that we were able to handle our issues without any anxiety. Needless to say, we haven't experienced any further issues, however we are reassured that should this happen again, we are sure we will be supported in the same way! We are grateful for the friendly customer services; we always know that when we contact Newton Fallowell, there will be a helpful, friendly staff member to answer our questions!

We considered both local and internet based estate agents for the sale of of our house and after the unresponsiveness and lack of urgency of the internet options (with photos and valuation taking over 2 weeks lead time), we decided to go with the local agents. Of the various ones we had to look over our property Newton offered the best rate / quickest photos and update onto websites. The sales service was far superior to our previous experiences with other agents and the team were constantly updating us and could not do enough for us. The sale went through smoothly and I am more than happy to recommend the sleaford team (In particular Matt and Will).
