Belvoir Sleaford have managed our rental property for nearly 7 years in which time we have had two lots of tenants. The tenants were vetted thoroughly and we had the final say over which ones to have. Although we were happy with both choices throughout their tenancies, when it came to them leaving there were many issues that needed resolving due to both sets of relationships splitting up. This is when Belvoir showed their true colours and handled all the problems extremely efficiently, timely, and in a very impressive and professional manner. We were fully updated throughout the process on a regular basis and every penny that was owed to us was accounted for and we were fairly compensated for all damages. If we ever needed to speak to Peter the boss he was always there at the end of the phone or accessible in person if necessary. However, the person that conducted all the work and carried out our wishes to the letter was Peter's number 2, Reece Creighton. The effort and work he put into resolving all our issues was exemplary and we can not thank him enough for everything he has done for us. At present we do not require the services of Belvoir Sleaford due to the property not being available to let. However, in the future we will not hesitate in contacting them again. From the start of my rental contract to now Belvoir have always been very friendly, approachable and helpful. Recently during the freezing temps our boiler broke down and Peter Atkinson who is MD there personally drove to Lincoln and Newark to collect parts so that the boiler could be fixed quicker..
