I am editing my review as we have now moved into our beautiful new home in Grantham!! After months of stress since February with the local agent dealing with the sale of our house and our buyers down in Hertfordshire where we have relocated to Grantham from, Rachel has been a beacon of calm managing the purchase of our new home. She was available every day, even over the weekends to update us about the progress of the property we were buying through Ewe Move. We wish she could have managed the sale of our property too as unlike them she was always available, full of advice and information, a friendly and jolly voice at the other end of the phone and was chasing solicitors till the end! We now consider her our friend as she’s a wonderful lady and from the first viewing to handing over the keys with a card, flowers and bottle of much needed gin she’s been absolutely brilliant. I would give more stars if it would let me! We put our leasehold flat on the market back in October with EweMove and Rachel took amazing photos which really caught the best aspects of our property. The description for the advert was so enticing, Rachel clearly put so much time and effort into it which gave a warmth personal feel to the sale, not like it was ‘just another advert’. We sold at full asking within 2 days of the property going live, but unfortunately the buyer then pulled out on exchange day for personal reasons (after a lengthy progression!). Rachel called us and calmed our nerves, telling us it would all work out and she had the property back on the market within hours after the sale fell through. (This was on a Friday too!!) by Tuesday the following week we had sold at full asking again! Rachel was always on the other end of the phone to answer my 1000+ questions I had about EVERYTHING. In a pandemic with the added workload of the massive increase in house sales, Rachel gave my sale an exceptional level of service and attention that I felt like my property was the only one she was dealing with. I can’t recommend EweMove enough!

Just completed a very fast sale at the full asking price with Rachel Childs at the helm.
