Estate agents act for and are paid by the vendor, and Rachel is no exception there. She did a great job on me as the buyer and extracted many thousands of pounds over the guide price. Rachel was thoroughly professional however, so I experienced very little pain. She would have made a good dentist. By the time we completed the transaction I felt we were getting a reasonable deal, so it was a win-win for us and the vendor. Rachel kept us well informed & her communication was excellent throughout. She was always punctual and seemed well briefed when conducting viewings. Clearly, she doesn't work only 9-5 hours & returned calls and emails promptly seven days a week. I was so impressed with her as a buyer that I recommended her to a young local couple who were looking to sell. They had had bad experiences with agents in the past. Making personal recommendations is always risky & it can backfire badly, but in this case I believe they, as vendors, were very pleased with her services. It seems that Rachel's polished performance comes as standard.

Outstanding service and actually saved my property sale!! If you are unsure on what local estate agent to choose in the Grantham, Ewemove are the people for the job. I had 3 valuations from 3 different agents, including ewemove however at the time i chose to proceed with Connells. This was a big mistake. After a catalogue of issues with them, i reached out to ewesome again who were just amazing to get my house properly marketed and effectively work with local buyers and wider. so much more than any other agent did. We had a few difficulties along the way with my property but Rachel Childs was amazing at smoothing over for my buyer. A stressful situation occurred which could have lost my buyer, but she really did an amazing job to ensure all parties were happy. From offer to completion, the whole process was outstanding. Rachel will literally whatsapp reply at 9pm on a sunday to give updates etc or whenever you need her. If you want a truly friendly but professional service, they really are worth every penny.
