This is a supplement to a previous, hastily written, (apologies) review in January. Rachel is the epitome of an estate agent, (that description does not do her justice). Her approach is utterly professional from the very beginning and she was very particular about what can and cannot be on show. Rachel wants your home to stand out from others and she achieves this with the outstanding quality of the photographs she produces. I've seen some awful examples, worktops cluttered and unwashed pots. Bedrooms and bathrooms littered with clothes and towels. You won't get away with any of that with this lady.... so be warned! What an amazing experience from start to finish, we knew we were in good hands from the moment Rachel came to talk with us. The same day we decided to put the house on the market, we were initially a little hesitant as we had a pretty bad experience already with another estate agent in town, Rachel explained everything clearly and the wealth of knowledge and research was unmatchable and on top of this the photos of our house were so professional without us having to pay extra. A period property with a lot of history and Grade II listed did not phase Rachel and we felt that her valuation was accurate and fair, she achieved above the asking price. As selling your home is not something that you do frequently there is a lot of emotion attached to the process and we were supported at every step, right up to the day of completion.

Outstanding service and actually saved my property sale!! If you are unsure on what local estate agent to choose in the Grantham, Ewemove are the people for the job. I had 3 valuations from 3 different agents, including ewemove however at the time i chose to proceed with Connells. This was a big mistake. After a catalogue of issues with them, i reached out to ewesome again who were just amazing to get my house properly marketed and effectively work with local buyers and wider. so much more than any other agent did. We had a few difficulties along the way with my property but Rachel Childs was amazing at smoothing over for my buyer. A stressful situation occurred which could have lost my buyer, but she really did an amazing job to ensure all parties were happy. From offer to completion, the whole process was outstanding. Rachel will literally whatsapp reply at 9pm on a sunday to give updates etc or whenever you need her. If you want a truly friendly but professional service, they really are worth every penny.
