This is a supplement to a previous, hastily written, (apologies) review in January. Rachel is the epitome of an estate agent, (that description does not do her justice). Her approach is utterly professional from the very beginning and she was very particular about what can and cannot be on show. Rachel wants your home to stand out from others and she achieves this with the outstanding quality of the photographs she produces. I've seen some awful examples, worktops cluttered and unwashed pots. Bedrooms and bathrooms littered with clothes and towels. You won't get away with any of that with this lady.... so be warned! A first class service over the board, communication, honesty, trust. We would wholeheartedly recommend Rachel and her team at Sleaford and Grantham South. A period property with a lot of history and Grade II listed did not phase Rachel and we felt that her valuation was accurate and fair, she achieved above the asking price. As selling your home is not something that you do frequently there is a lot of emotion attached to the process and we were supported at every step, right up to the day of completion.
