Having moved house far too often, we were very cautious about choosing an Estate Agent. Ewemove were recommended so we decided to give them a try; from the very onset we were so pleased we did! Throughout the entire process Rachel was outstanding. Professional yet friendly, hard working and practical, very proactive paying great attention to detail. No wonder our home sold so quickly! Her communication during the sale was exceptional, often phoning just to let us know that things were still on track and always available to answer those silly little questions that you seem to have so many of. Overall, the most stress-free property sale we’ve ever experienced.

I would give more stars if it would let me! We put our leasehold flat on the market back in October with EweMove and Rachel took amazing photos which really caught the best aspects of our property. The description for the advert was so enticing, Rachel clearly put so much time and effort into it which gave a warmth personal feel to the sale, not like it was ‘just another advert’. We sold at full asking within 2 days of the property going live, but unfortunately the buyer then pulled out on exchange day for personal reasons (after a lengthy progression!). Rachel called us and calmed our nerves, telling us it would all work out and she had the property back on the market within hours after the sale fell through. (This was on a Friday too!!) by Tuesday the following week we had sold at full asking again! Rachel was always on the other end of the phone to answer my 1000+ questions I had about EVERYTHING. In a pandemic with the added workload of the massive increase in house sales, Rachel gave my sale an exceptional level of service and attention that I felt like my property was the only one she was dealing with. I can’t recommend EweMove enough!

I am editing my review as we have now moved into our beautiful new home in Grantham!! After months of stress since February with the local agent dealing with the sale of our house and our buyers down in Hertfordshire where we have relocated to Grantham from, Rachel has been a beacon of calm managing the purchase of our new home. She was available every day, even over the weekends to update us about the progress of the property we were buying through Ewe Move. We wish she could have managed the sale of our property too as unlike them she was always available, full of advice and information, a friendly and jolly voice at the other end of the phone and was chasing solicitors till the end! We now consider her our friend as she’s a wonderful lady and from the first viewing to handing over the keys with a card, flowers and bottle of much needed gin she’s been absolutely brilliant. We will never forget her kindness and compassion during a very stressful 5 months. Can’t recommend her enough. Rachel was the best estate agent ever. It was mine and my boyfriends first property. We were so so nervous. We had no idea what we were doing whatsoever! She was more than just an estate agent with us. She answered any and all questions. She helped us with absolutely everything. We couldn’t have done it without Rachel! Rachel Childs is the most professional and effective estate agent we ever encountered. Over a few years using the so called top agents we were very disappointed in performance. They could learn a lot from Rachel who does her research on the local area, the house and the sellers needs. She filtered out the viewing tourists and we never had one inappropriate view. When she said I will sell your home we trusted her totally. In eight weeks it was a done deal! She is very approachable and fully cognisant that her clients needs are important. Never once did she fail to respond to our queries and kept us informed of everything that was going on. Nothing is too much trouble, and furthermore, she will answer your queries out of office hours and get back to you with extreme efficiency. Rebecca was excellent from start to finish. She sold our house in a matter of days. The support and communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Due to delays in the chain, our sale nearly fell through, however Rebecca's hard work and dedication ensured that the sale went through despite the challenges. For this we cannot thank her enough!
