We met with all the usual suspect agents and eventually decided to go with Ewemove in spite of Rachel giving us the lowest valuation. We wanted a quick sale and went with the most realistic valuation. Rachel shared detailed market research in a voluminous report she had compiled related to my property. Having signed up we did successfully and quickly secure a sale and Rachel professionally, patiently and politely acted as arbiter and diplomat to keep things on track. Great communications throughout. Very happy we went with Ewemove and Rachel.

Oddly enough Rachel from Ewemove was not employed by me, she was representing her client who was selling his house but she still gets 5* rating from me. From the moment I saw the property and contacted her to view it, Rachel has been outstanding in providing information and a communications route to her client, something that both sets of solicitors were unable to do easily. This house purchase was beset with difficulties and Rachel managed to navigate them to obtain an eventual successful outcome. She managed both her client and me, the purchaser, in a friendly but professional manner and responded positively to all concerns and queries. I think I can honestly say that without Rachel steering the process, ultimately the sale would have fallen through. I heartily recommend engaging Rachel to sell your property.

Using the word "estate agent" to describe EweMove and Rachel is a massive underselling of her amazing work. She honestly felt like more of a US realtor who was on our side through the whole experience. She truly worked at every and any hour for us. We knew that every enquiry on our house sale would be handled professionally and she would keep us updated and in the loop on everything. We always felt like we were informed and in control in what can be a very stressful process. If we ever did decide to move again (which we definitely don't plan on..)
