The Skipton Belvoir team are such a lovely friendly and attentive team. They bend over backwards to help when we have an problem (even bringing torches and lights over in their own time so we wouldn't be sat in the dark when we had a power issue) . Can't fault them in any way , great service!

Many thanks to Kevin at Belvoir to promptly dealing with a problem with our hot water. Even though it was on a Saturday morning, he came out and fixed the fault that morning. This is the second time that Kevin has dealt with an 'out-of-hours' fault, and on both occasions has fixed them, and has not made us feel like we were a nuisance. We appreciate the excellent customer service from him.

Skipton (Daniel, Kevin, Jane, Cara). Tenent rented for over two years. Never had a problem with the agents who always tended to problems quickly, and no problems with the landlord either. Very good agents and they would be first on my list to go to.

While finding and moving home can be stressful once I'd decided where I wanted to be the team at Belvoir made the transition seamless. From the viewing(s) process through to document exchange all went smoothly and couldn't have been easier. Everything was done online so my first visit to Belvoir was to collect the keys! Having said that any phone call queries I had were always answered promptly and cheerfully. All information provided was accurate and helpful. Would I be happy to use (and recommend) the Belvoir Team again? An unequivocal.. YES!
