Many thanks to Kevin at Belvoir to promptly dealing with a problem with our hot water. Even though it was on a Saturday morning, he came out and fixed the fault that morning. This is the second time that Kevin has dealt with an 'out-of-hours' fault, and on both occasions has fixed them, and has not made us feel like we were a nuisance. We appreciate the excellent customer service from him.
