For at least the last 7 years Belvoir have managed a house in Skipton which I let very professionally. In November last year the tenant moved out. Belvoir inspected the house and suggested carrying out various items of items of work. At my request they arranged for these to be done whilst the house was unoccupied. They found a new tenant who moved in as soon as the work was completed. I am very pleased with their service.

Helpful, Responsive and Simple. During my time, renting a property from Belvoir Lettings in Skipton, I found that the staff were very quick to answer any questions I had. Also it was very quick and easy to arrange a repair to the property. Although I am no long renting using Belvoir. I would recommend that if you are looking to rent a property in the Skipton area to use Belvoir.
I've been letting my house through Belvoir since 1989 and have always been profoundly grateful for the professional way in which the local office handles business. I like the detailed inspection report that I get twice a year. And the tenants have always been trouble free, probably because the local Belvoir office inspects the house and maintains contact and accountability with the tenant.
