Robinson Michael & Jackson - Sittingbourne

Tilly was fantastic during our viewing. She was friendly, informative and great at answering all of our questions, taking the time to show us everything properly without making us feel rushed. Despite the incredibly heavy rain, she still made the effort to take us outside to show us the garden, parking spaces and other exterior areas in detail. We really appreciated the extra effort and had a very positive experience.

Thank you to Lacey - she was incredibly helpful, proactive and always willing to go above and beyond to keep things moving when we were working in a chain together When we were working towards a target date that the purchasers wanted to move into their new home, Lacey showed real flexibility and commitment to helping achieve this. She worked collaboratively with everyone involved and focused on finding solutions rather than simply her own part of the process. Her teamwork, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile made a real difference and helped us work towards the best outcome for the purchasers.

Sophia was the best estate agent I’ve ever come across. She was very easy to approach with any questions and extremely friendly. She went the extra mile to make sure I had a good experience. If I could choose one person to accompany me for all viewings, I would choose Sophia! I have absolutely nothing negative I could say about her, honestly the best of the best.

Robinson Michael & Jackson was recommended to me by a friend, and I’m so glad I chose them. Within a couple of days of my house going live on the market, we had five viewings booked, followed by three immediate offers. This was all thanks to the thorough, professional, and dedicated expertise of Tilly, with fantastic support from Sophia and the rest of the team. I have been kept fully informed throughout the entire process and couldn't have wished for a better start to selling my property. Based on my experience so far, I would happily recommend their services to everyone.

Have had a very positive experience with Robinson Michael & Jackson supporting us to sell our home. The team at Sittingbourne office were very supportive and made the process simple. We are both very happy with our experience. Ryan & Kim
