Mica has made this whole process so easy for me and my partner, I had a terrible experience with another agent and Mica has gone above and beyond to make sure that we have hit our milestones when we should have, the agent we bought from were no help at all, we were a long chain and Mica seemed to be the only agent who managed to get updates on each property. We even struggled with finding a removal firm and Mica spoke to a firm who she had a good relationship with and managed to get us a removal van at a discounted rate.
