I thank Sam so much, from when he came to my beautiful house to value it he went through step by step with me, on the process of selling my house to being sold, and what happens next. He was very professional and made me feel at ease. And even though I never sold a property on my own before, he would pick up the phone to answer any questions etc. He was always professional. Even after several days, my house being up for sale and on day one of viewers, and Joe called to say I had a Potential buyer! I called Sam immediately and Sam went out of his way/day off to call me to help me make the right decision..
