As a first-time buyer, I didn’t really know what to expect from the home-buying process, but working with Quealy & Co made the journey far smoother and more reassuring than I ever imagined. We did run into a few hiccups along the way (as you’d expect with any property purchase), but the way Quealy & Co handled everything was outstanding. I recently sold my house through Quealy & Co - we had a couple of bumps along the way and communication was sometimes an issue with certain members of staff. However as a whole the estate agents that I dealt with regularly were always happy to help wherever they could. I would like to extend a special thanks to Ben Heard, he was extremely understanding to my situation, and was always available whenever I needed anything. He really went above and beyond, and always did his absolute best to help in whatever he could. He demonstrated exceptional empathy and made me feel like he really wanted the sale for me because he understood what it meant to me. Selling a house is possibly the most stressful thing to date - but Ben made it feel a lot easier and made me feel more at ease with things.
