As tenants who recently immigrated to the UK, it is often easy to feel like a commodity in a real estate trading system and that agents don't really care about you as a person. When we decided to put our house on the market we had no hesitation on what estate agents to use! We used Quealy’s previously to find a property and they were excellent 4 years ago too so we knew straight away we wanted them to sell our family home. From the start when Michael came round to value the house I found them extremely efficient and friendly. We had an offer on our house within 1 hour of the house being on the market. After 6 weeks we still didn’t manage to find a house that we wanted to buy so our buyers pulled out. I panicked and called Quealys and spoke to Annabelle who was so lovely and calmed me down and assured me they would find another buyer ASAP. Only a few days later and we had another offer at the full asking price! Annabelle was fantastic and kept us updated throughout the whole process.
