From the get-go, Whitaker Seager were outstanding. I consider myself a very efficient person, but Liz is on another level. She ensured we had everything in place before we even went on the market so that nothing on our side would hold up the process later on. Liz’s organisation and efficiency were remarkable. She anticipated issues before they became problems, chased things relentlessly when needed, and always seemed to know exactly what needed to happen next. It gave us real confidence that our side of the transaction was being handled as well as it possibly could be. We ended up in a very long, complicated and frankly incredibly stressful chain. At times I genuinely wondered how any of us would get through it. However, thanks to Liz, Jason and Amy, we did. Their attention to detail was phenomenal. They were proactive, constantly on the ball and always one step ahead of what was happening in the chain. Communication was excellent throughout and whenever problems arose they were quick to investigate, explain the situation clearly and keep things moving wherever possible. Selling a house in a complicated chain is never easy, but having a team like this behind you makes all the difference. If we were ever selling again, Whitaker Seager would be the first people we would call. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, they were phenomenal!
