They did not turn up to a viewing we had arranged and confirmed 3 days prior. An hour after the allotted time had passed and I had tried to call and also sent an email direct to the letting agent who was meant to be showing us round, I did receive an email inviting us to arrange another viewing. As I had driven 15 miles and wasted my entire lunch break to attend a viewing they forgot about, I rejected this. I was provided a video tour which would have been enough to make a decision in the first place. Ultimately, I was unimpressed on this occasion, primarily because of a human error. To be perfectly honest, I don't even rate them one star . Reading the glowing comments seems to be about a different agency. A very close relative of mine has had a diabolical time with them. After working through a traumatic time, he secured a rental with them. He appreciated work needed done but wanted a home so duly paid deposit and rent. It was Christmas but heating not working. Fixed eventually January. There has been a leak in the kitchen, eventually fixed, but units are rotten and stinking. Carpets are disgraceful. Decorating sadly lacking. The agency have been contact frequently . But practically no action. Six months down the line and a home he wanted to settle in is a mess. Begs the question they could not have possibly inspected it. They do not seem interested at all. But if course take the rent. Disgraceful service . Ought to be ashamed of themselves. I
