Despite how busy the property market is at the moment, Lindsey and Natalie were both friendly and professional and were super responsive to our queries. From making the initial viewing to getting keys for our rental, the entire process was fast and efficient and we felt well looked after. The welcome box was a big surprise and went down a treat. Thank you so much to Lindsey and Natalie who have been absolutely fantastic and supportive from the start to finish in the sale of our house, in what was an extremely volatile market. We had a number of scenarios that were tricky and nothing was too much trouble for them. From the initial conversation they got things moving really fast and efficiently. The photos they took were of great quality along with the Matterport. Amazingly, we sold our house with this fabulous estate agent within 2 weeks (STC). A friend recommended this agent to me sometime ago. She felt the care and professional advice she received was second to none. Since I started using them over a year ago, I haven’t looked back and all the worries of having to look after my house has been taken care of, including sourcing a tenant who respected my possessions, paying on time and dealing with all my requests in a timely and courteous manner. I couldn’t recommend Lindsey and her staff enough, namely Natalie, who is a credit to the organisation. I praise them for the very smooth transaction which can potentially be fraught with problems. So it’s a 5 star for me. Wish I could give more!
