Despite how busy the property market is at the moment, Lindsey and Natalie were both friendly and professional and were super responsive to our queries. From making the initial viewing to getting keys for our rental, the entire process was fast and efficient and we felt well looked after. The welcome box was a big surprise and went down a treat. It was a difficult time to sell our house due to the lockdown, but also off of the back of our probate situation of which Lindsey was always understanding and handled our situation sensitively - far more than many estate agents would have I feel.
