I cannot fault the service I have received from Martin & Co Shrewsbury. From the excellent details on Rightmove that showed accurately the property I wanted, to the ongoing prompt and efficient management of my tenancy, I have no complaint at all. When I call in to the office, they are always happy to pop the kettle on and have a chat - the first time I went in, they sat for an hour and got to know me. I guess this is good news for landlords, as they can be sure that they are going the extra mile above what can be put on application forms. Their application fees were very reasonable, and the process was quick and easy. They have always communicated very well with me, and are happy to keep in touch via email or phone as suits my needs. All the staff in the office are approachable and friendly, and always seem keen to resolve any issues I might have. That said, there have been very few, as from a tenant's point of view, they are very on the ball with making sure that the properties they let are to a good standard, and well maintained. And after all that is said and done, they then leave you in peace to get on with enjoying your house - what more could I ask? A heartfelt thanks to Tracie and team from me.

I've been renting a Martin & Co property for three years and, as someone who has dealt with a lot of letting agents, I'd like to say that Simon,Tracie and the team at the Shrewsbury office are a pleasure to deal with. Having been with Martin and Co, just creeping up on a year, As most of us know moving homes can be an absolute disaster. However could not ask for a better estate agent 10/10 ! straight from day one everything has just been an absolute breeze, Cheerful, helpful but also professional to when it comes to making your stay a great one. Martin & Co aren't your average estate agents....they go beyond that. There is absolutely nothing you can fault with their 10 out of 10 service. The whole team always go that extra mile, and nothing is ever too much for them. After flying the nest and finding my first property with them, they made the whole proccess so easy. When it came to moving again, I actually waited until something suitable came up with Martin & Co again after they were so helpful the first time round. I can not emphasise enough how friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful the whole team in the office are. Without a doubt....the best by far in Shrewsbury.

My family have just moved to Shrewsbury in the past 2 weeks and after being let down on a rental we were promised and effectively homeless, we went to Martin and Co for help in finding a home quickly. We were lucky to find a lovely 4 bed townhouse and the service provided to us by the agent was absolutely first class from start to finish. Everything was dealt with quickly and smoothly and we couldn't be happier. I have to give a special mention to natalie who was handling our application. She has been exceptional throughout the process, so helpful, considerate and punctual.
