I rented a flat for a year prior to buying a house and Property Manager Adam C was very responsive whenever I reported a repair need or made an enquiry. A reasonable cleaning charge was deducted from my returned deposit.

Having just moved our property to Whitegates, Adam provided us with a very professional service, finding us tenant quickly and delivering on everything that he said he would. We had very good communication from all the staff at Whitegates and they were very willing to offer help and advice when needed and responded quickly to queries.

We have been in touch with Whitegates and Nathan has been dealing with our let. The process could not have been more smoother. Since our application, Nathan has communicated everyday and made it very simple. Within 2 weeks we are ready to move into new home, despite some issues with some previous references with the third party referee. We cannot thank you enough!!

I have just recently started renting with Whitegates, and I am very impressed so far. The two people I have been working with, Adam Clarke and Nathan Stray, have both been absolutely excellent in making the rental process really smooth - they've both been really helpful and friendly too, with very prompt responses to emails. I've also had a few issues pop up in the house and Adam and the landlord have been really quick and amenable, and I've been very impressed with that. I was even given a gift box on my move in date, which is new for me! Overall, it's a very promising start and I'm really happy with Whitegates, and Adam, Nathan and my landlord. A more positive experience for sure than I've had with previous lettings agencies!
