This is my first rental property and Whitegates have been outstanding, particularly Adam Clarke who I have been working with. Adam has been extremely professional, very prompt with emails and has made the whole rental process so smooth. With Adam’s advice and expertise, tenants were found within a week and were moved in before Christmas! He has gone above and beyond to look after our tenants, even whilst we have been away on holiday and over the Christmas and New Year period! Thank you so much Adam! I have just recently started renting with Whitegates, and I am very impressed so far. The two people I have been working with, Adam Clarke and Nathan Stray, have both been absolutely excellent in making the rental process really smooth - they've both been really helpful and friendly too, with very prompt responses to emails. I've also had a few issues pop up in the house and Adam and the landlord have been really quick and amenable, and I've been very impressed with that. I was even given a gift box on my move in date, which is new for me! Overall, it's a very promising start and I'm really happy with Whitegates, and Adam, Nathan and my landlord. A more positive experience for sure than I've had with previous lettings agencies!

Marie is always efficient in getting appointments set up, and changing if needed to work around me, it's not often I see Aaron not last time I did he was polite and friendly and got on with the job, and Pete is one I'll happily let nip round when I'm not in to get work done as we've built up that trust All jobs recently have been professional and done in a good working time :)

When I met Adam, I was it was at the end of e string of very bad experiences with Letting Agencies, and had to manage the let by myself for a bit. Adam came to the address and actively listened as I gave the 'lay of the land'. He gave assurances regarding Whitegate's supportive and fair approach in the management of my property. They found very good tennants and kept to their word. Adam's professionalism, knowledge as well as his supporting staff meant that I was able to share less of my focus on the property and trust Whitegate's to follow through. I rented a flat for a year prior to buying a house and Property Manager Adam C was very responsive whenever I reported a repair need or made an enquiry. A reasonable cleaning charge was deducted from my returned deposit.
