Any maintenance issues were dealt with in a timely manner, and communication has always been clear and helpful. The moving-in process was smooth, and they’ve made renting much less stressful. I have been using Whitegates for over 20 years to manage my rental property in Nottingham. I admit there have been occasional times, I've not been totally happy with them, but as I live in London, sorting out changing my agents was too much of a hassle.
