I admit there have been occasional times, I've not been totally happy with them, but as I live in London, sorting out changing my agents was too much of a hassle. Middle of winter we were worried it could take a while, but she was great at making sure everything got sorted as soon as possible. Special thanks to Adam and Pete who sorted our boiler, secured a new part and installed within a week. We are so grateful for being so accommodating and getting everything done quickly.
