Was told about Made Snappy 360 by a colleague and after looking at the website, I had a call with Rob Austin and I decided to sign up for the one month trial. The equipment came within a couple of days of sign up. The following day I was booked in for a training session with Joel Turner. The Ricoh camera is super easy to use and a great piece of technology that can create both a 360 VT and a whole floor plan from just one image per room. So far, I have only tried in 1 and 2 bed properties so the process has literally taken 5-10 minutes. 2D photos have come back with around 20mins of upload and tour and floor plan within 24 hours. Very impressed. From the initial call with Rob, he was been extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and talked me through the 360 kit and how it can benefit the business. He kept in touch throughout the trial period and nothing was too much of a bother and no question was too big or small.

I had an issue with some virtual tour photos I took which hadn't stitched together correctly and Chris was very helpful explaining what had gone wrong.
