Without the help of Graham Tolfrey at Curchods acting for the seller this sale would never of happened, as to all extents we were abandoned by the selling agents and who, incredibly, after exchange called to see if we had bought anything as they had something we might be interested in! I can't recommend Curchods highly enough, they supported our vendor, step by step, constantly kept us all in touch. So reassuring to know there are nice decent people doing their job properly.

The whole process was super quick, we went from viewing to offer being accepted within a couple of hours, to moving in 6 weeks later! Cannot thank Daniel enough, he made everything so easy and we didn't have to worry about anything :)
