We went with Staves to sell our house based on a recommendation, the number of houses they had for sale in the area at that time (easily the highest) and impressions of Rob upon valuation. Initially my impressions of Staves wasn't the best. We had people turning up for viewings booked with Staves but, I was totally unaware of their arrivals and therefore the house sometimes wasn't ready / available to view. I also felt some of the photo's of our house were slightly 'odd' but in fairness, the house sold quickly with lots of viewings. Those issues aside, the service, knowledge, attention to detail level of contact and overall 'after sales experience' we received from Rob and Louis was excellent. Louis was regularly in contact with us, even if it was to say there was no update. Louis would regularly advise on how we could help push things forward or explain why something was held up. Would recommend Staves for anyone looking to sell their house in the Sheffield S8 and surrounding areas.

Been a great help in purchasing our home

Took about a month to get a sales board up, but after many messages. Steady performance throughout, although very helpful with probate from the sellers. After 4 months, I still have their sales board on my property, although I've messaged them many times to remove it. Probably wouldn't use again.

Dear Dimitris, Sadly the leak is the responsibility of the management company to fix. As you know, the management company are aware of the problem and have agreed to the repair. Unfortunately we are still waiting for this repair to be carried out. Both ourselves and the landlord of the property are chasing the management company on a regular basis for updates. With regard to the showers, I understand that this matter has now been resolved. I would leave 0 stars if possible. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ben was arrogant, unprofessional, had no ounce of compassion for my situation and there was a complete lack of communication throughout the whole process. I deeply regret opting for staves, I will never use their services again and I certainly haven't recommended them to anybody! AVOID.
