After a big hold up due to Covid-19, I eventually completed the sale of my Mum's house last Friday. However, during the 7 months since the acceptance of an offer on the property, Matt, Rob and Ben have kept me in the loop with updates on progress or to just touch base if there has been nothing to report. They have answered my silly questions, responding promptly at all times in a friendly and professional manner. This company came recommended by family and I am so pleased I agreed to use their services - I cannot recommend them highly enough. Rob dealt with our sale, he was supportive and always available to help. I received lots of information and Rob was always on hand to clarify any queries that I had. I hope I don't have to sell for a few years however I would definitely use this company again. Rob is a credit to the company.

Have just completed on the sale of my property and cannot thank Staves enough for their hard work and professionalism throughout the process. We first instructed Staves to sell our house as we were impressed by how they marketed their properties, in particular their photos which seemed better than most other agents in the area.
