Redbrik have been absolutely fantastic! They have dealt with the sale of our home along with my parent's home so we could move into a house with an annexe together. This has not been easy as we needed two houses to sell at the same time, and the first lockdown made things very tricky. We found all Redbrik staff, from first contact until after completion, very professional, competent and supportive. We were particularly impressed that the photographer came back to take outdoor pictures, following a very wet day originally. We sold our house with Redbrik after it being on the market for 3 weeks. Staff were great especially Emily Ward and always kept us updated of progress or even if things had come to a stand still. When our sellers pulled out and we were left without a house to buy they kept in touch to see if we had found anything. Our buyers were good enough to hang on until we decided to move out to let the sale go through. Redbrik liaised with our solicitors effectively and gave realistic timescales throughout the whole process. They also offered good advice on houses we were looking at offering on. Overall spot on.
