I would like to thank Kelly for all of her help. She stepped in to help out moving us into a new property offering her full support and updating me constantly via text and calls to answer any questions. Kelly has been you been available throughout the day to to communicate news. Arranging quickly a viewing and helping us get into a property. Even following up to make sure we are settled in our new home. I can't thank you enough for all of your help, it has been much appreciated.

Dawn was great & the

Dawn was great & the staff were all helpful however the property was very dirty. Mouldy fridge, blood stains on mattress, dirty toilet. Quite upset.

I have only got to the viewing process so far, but to speak my truth I find it quite a complicated system. I have to fill in an online form, then manually fill in a PDF form, which I then have to email back to Belvoir. This is quite a time consuming process, especially as the PDF form is not easily fillable. Please could I ask why I have two fill in two forms and then wait to hear back about viewing? Could I suggest that potentially tenants simply call up to arrange a viewing?

Poor communication led to the

Poor communication led to the sale dropping through. When we made our offer, Belvoir failed to tell us the current tenants had 6 months left on their lease. When we found out we said we still wanted to buy, but would prefer to sell our own property first. Belvoir didn't pass this onto the seller, and didn't mention any issues with it. When we sent over the paperwork they cancelled our offer, and put the house back on the market. We sent over new paperwork to buy the house outright, but the seller had accepted a different offer. Really frustrating and terrible communication from Belvoir throughout.

Not completely terrible, but

Not completely terrible, but not exactly great. First, our move-in date was delayed because the agency only does move-ins on Friday. Then when I came into the office to sort everything, I was pressured on the spot to leave a positive review and then sent off to my new accommodation. I moved in with a housemate, but for the first week only I had keys. Emails were generally responded to quickly and they were helpful with repairs etc when needed, but the move-in / move-out processes were super stressful -- and we were charged a move-out fee (which was in the contract, but we weren't diligent enough when looking) which I've never had before, so be careful. Wouldn't recommend.
