After so much bad experiences with Fortis Lettings, Haybrook, SheffLets, while feel something wrong with Martin &Co in Sheffield then an accidentally check on Website proved my feelings was right, Martin & Co did not do any work at all. I feel so glad I did research online and made a phone call to Nicholas Humphreys Estate and Letting Agency - Sheffield (City Centre and Nether Edge) and Mr Matt Kemp picked up the call. He offered a very reasonable fee and really did the work and did very well, he kept communication well with the assist of his team during tenant finding time. Less than a month later, he found the tenant in a very difficult renting time with reasonable rental for both tenant and landlady (me), He Kept his words with the very reasonable fee, I signed the contract, tenant signed the contract. I feel very glad, thankful and happy. Mr Matt Kemp not only find a tenant in my investment studio flat in Sheffield but also helped find trust and confidence again. Finally I find the letting agency and someone I can trust to find tenant and manage this investment studio flat and I trust him taking good care to tenant. With different experiences in life including the experience with letting agency, I realised the success of a business, project or anything, is depending on the qualities of the person, people. In this experience, It is Mr Matt Kemp’s qualities of very hard work, know what he is doing, actually do the job, good at and do it so well with intelligence, compassion, reasonable,fairness, keep his words, honesty, understanding and integrity. So quick to find me a house in Sheffield - they asked specific questions about where i wanted to live, how much i wanted to spend etc. Picked me up and took me around the houses and then i was able to sign everything online - very efficient.

I have two houses in Sheffield, within a few hours of speaking with the Director they booked in to come round and take photos (with dressing) of the houses. They were online within the day and viewings from the next day. They did viewings on evenings and weekends and let the properties both very quickly for the next year.
