It's sadly rare that companies take the time to listen to the voice of the customer and react appropriately to the feedback received, with gratitude. I will also highlight the professionalism demonstrated by Chris from Sales Progression. He set the bar in terms of interactions for me.

Good communication. Chris in after sales has been good at keeping everything moving. The only negative (if I can call it that) was that we had about 30 viewings. Given the quality and location of house it really should have sold alot quicker that those numbers and time to sell suggest or alot of those were not looking at the right house.

Great team at West Swindon. I think we had involvement with all of the team throughout our sale. A pretty stressful time, with 2 sales falling through, but they worked their socks off and we've just completed and moved out! Chris at the Sales Progression team was always on hand with my many questions, and chasing emails! Well done to a hard working team!

Richard James were our local agent and the obvious choice when we recently moved. However their fees and the condescending manner from which they came, as well as the low valuation made us look elsewhere. We received excellent service from another agent who were much friendlier, better value, sold our house in a week and were ALWAYS available to speak to unlike Richard James. Even RJs progressor dedicated to helping us buy as we sadly had to was never on the end of the phone when I rang her as I did maybe ten times during the moving period.

Issy is not at all professional and lies to get your business then goes back on her promises looses sales because she does not progress them at all.
