We placed our house up for sale with Richard James back in March, after meeting with Alex Hornby, I felt confident that he would find the right buyer for our property and he understood we wanted a quick sale, so only got people in to view that were ready to progress. Alex was really helpful in guiding us on how to present our house for the right type of buyer as well, which I personally think helped as we sold within 2 days of the house being up for sale. Alex along with the team at the west swindon branch are all brilliant, and really helpful. So much so, we have put my Grandads property up for sale with them, and my mum has even been in contact to place hers on with them as she is being messed around by her agents.
