Callum Hayden is very effective and efficient in managing properties, he makes sure he is first point of contact and available for any queries or household issues. His approachable and pleasant personality is what made me easily build a relationship with him. During Covid-19 hes been very supportive and dedicated to tentants like myself and its for that reason why I'd strongly recommend him to anyone.

I had originally marketed my house through a no-commission estate agency service; this proved to be both a false economy and a waste of time. I switched to Streets Ahead who within a few days arranged an open day which brought about 4 offers, one of which I accepted and I've now exchanged. We've used Street's Ahead twice to move house and both times they've been excellent. The stand out qualities in my view are the staff - in particular Jola and Mary Jane spring to mind... in an industry not known for its straight talk and honesty I found both these people a breath of fresh air, doing what they say they are going to do and when. When shopping around prior to choosing SA and mentioning my intentions to instruct them, their competition couldn't say a bad word about them which I think says a lot. The sales progressor model they use is very effective and keeps the chain moving forward. Mary Jane does this in a friendly way but you know she's on the ball chasing things before you have a chance to call her. Things going wrong when moving house is all part and parcel of it but for both moves I think how SA handled it when it happens reinforced that we made the right choice. We received honest advice and I felt they treated the potential buyers for our house ethically which was important to me as I'm not a fan of sneaky sales tactics. We are now happily in our new house no small part thanks to Jola and his team. wholeheartedly recommend
