I used Streets Ahead to sell my home. The process was simple. The came one day and measured and took pictures on the same day. Within a week I got viewings. I requested group viewings as the house had tenants and this was respected. They kept me informed of viewers responses and the team were realistic and did not send viewers who were not in a position to purchase. A sale was quickly make agreed and the tenants and myself were happy with how things were conducted. The team including Sedat, Lexi, Patrick, Philip and Mary from the finance team acted professionally and in a timely manner. I highly recommend them.

Because of Cherelle Muschette (my property manager), I can completely have peace of mind that my properties are in good hands. After an expected move myself and a friend took to the net looking for potential flats. Alas we found one but upon calling to view the flat had discovered it was no longer available. Jordan asked a few questions about what we were after and was able to suggest quite quickly an alternative property. My friend went to view the flat and sent me the video, IT WAS PERFECT! Another agent Myles assisted with all the finer details and the two of them worked simultaneously to secure the deal of this property. They both thought out of the box and tailored to our every need whilst dealing with a difficult personal matter of mine with such professionalism and grace. They both exude customer service at the highest level and can be trusted to deal with a period of time that can be usually quite stressful with the upmost care. I need make mention of George Barnes, whose exceptional customer skills help me get the house my family loved in East Croydon. From the beginning to the end of the negotiations he was excellent. I rang several estate agents to enquire about properties who bluntly told me ‘sorry it’s gone’ and then hung up.
