Natalie Sanders has been absolutely amazing in getting my property rented out. Natalie was quick, efficient and went out of her way to help - nothing was too much trouble. Despite Covid-19 a really lovely tenant was found thanks to Natalie's hard work and great judgement of character. I had a bad experience with a previous agent which was highlighted even more with Natalie's honesty, professionalism and dedication. She held my hand throughout the whole process and helped fix some paperwork issues too. I genuinely am beyond thankful to her on all fronts. Zeenat Malik - my Lettings Progressor was amazing, she helped me to get together all of my necessary documentation and quickly arranged the EPC certificate to name one item. Zeenat was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond and get back to me with any questions - all of which she had the answer too immediately. Again, nothing was too much trouble for Zeenat.
