Kimmitt Lettings and Management have been absolutely brilliant. James Kimmitt personally dealt with my Letting Agreement on this occassion and has been totally professional every step of the way, keeping me excellently informed and providing an amazing level of customer service. He all showed his vast experience in the field by identifying so many extra 'landlord watch outs' which I would never have known or seen without his knowledge. His attention to detail was astounding. I can honestly say I've had a few other people look after my properties in the past but going forward, James will be the first person I call when the contracts come up for renewal. 10/10 all day long.

As a new landlord with no experience of letting I can say that I am delighted with the service received. From initial contact I was impressed with the professional knowledge and advice given, marketing and acceptance of tenants. The administration is impressive also. Long may it last!

Absolute disgrace of a company. I'm genuinely appalled at the service I've been subjected to for the past 3 years at the cost of both my mental and my physical health. I'm finally out of the property I rented with them and I couldn't be happier about it. The flat I rented with them had a whole myriad of serious issues while I was renting, and despite them being reported multiple times Kimmitt could barely bother to do anything about it the whole time. I had a hole in my bathroom floor for two years, which took forever to be fixed and ended up causing damp to form under the bathroom floor, and there was some serious damp and mould in my bedroom, to the point of the wall starting to fall away, that never got fixed and I'm fairly certain that has caused me to develop asthma or some other lung condition as my health has deteriorated since I started living there and I plan on going to the doctors to investigate further. At some point my back door wouldn't even lock due to water damage and even though it was reported nobody came to sort it out. I'm extremely lucky my step-dad was able to fix it or else as far as Kimmitt is aware the door would still be unable to lock. I'm also autistic and considered to be a vulnerable person to make matters worse. And during all of this they had the gall to keep increasing the rent, and have increased it even more since I left. The flat is now available to rented by some other poor sod and as far as I know they've done nothing to fix the damp and mould and are actively lying when advertising it online by using old pictures from before I moved in and describing it as "recently refurbished." It's beyond a joke and I'm fuming at the subhuman treatment I've faced because of them. These other reviews giving them 5 stars must've gotten a completely different company from me because I have no idea how they had such a positive experience with them meanwhile my experience with their negligence has possibly caused me to develop illnesses. They're an evil company full of liars and scammers. I beg you for your own sake please stay away.

Attitude is disgusting rang up and requested a viewing and was told a date I said I was atbwork can I arrange another date as was at work was told no because we cannot just change for 1 person because of work and then I said It is for me and someone else was told well tuff where not wanting a house share just a family when it does not state in the ad for families only unprofessional and disgusting attitude to potential tenants will never ask to rent with this disgusting company ever again and I advise do not rent with these as you will be discriminated against

Reported problem after problem with the property. Loose tiles on the roof, leaking ceiling, damp and mould. We actually had builders calling at the door on multiple occasions to inform us of the dangers of the tiles. When i phoned they told me to report it through the app, which I did multiple times with photos and nothing. Didnt dare let our daughter play in the garden in case tiles fell. The agents let themselves into the property while we were at work without informing us. We informed we needed a secure and long term property for our autistic daughter which was promised. After each 6 month, they wanted to increase rent. As we challenged this due to number of repairs needed, we were handed a Section 21 no fault eviction stating landlord had a change of circumstances and needed property back. We offered an increase on rent to try to secure as a home move just before xmas would be extremely unsettling for our daughter but this was refused, being told landlord needed to move back. Then mere weeks later, the property was put back up for rent at the price we offered. We never missed a rent payment and was always on time. Absolutely disgusting agents and a vile lying cheapskate of a landlord. We spent 1000s improving the property and garden as it was terrible. Stay away. These agents do not look after tenants.
