House Buyers Experience

Disappointed.... Seemingly helpful and patient initially, but, towards the end of buying our property , they lacked the follow up, and for us personally, their reputation fell by the wayside! Part of our agreement, was not followed through, Phillip Mann, assured us, that at the expense of the seller a locksmith would attend the property and replace lock/missing keys for side entrance lean to door…. I rang Phillip Mann everyday for 3 /4 days prior to our completion date, and each day I called, I was told - the locksmith was going in today, tomorrow etc!! Hence to say, we moved in and the locksmith had not attended in any way shape or form. Felt we had been fobbed off actually, and that it was not important enough to them as the completion date was so close!! At our expense, we had to break open the side door and replace lock..... I wondered, did they think we would not notice!!!
