DDM Residential Scunthorpe

We have just sold our house through DDM and we honestly couldn’t recommend them more. They kept us updated throughout the whole process and always informed us how the house was getting on during both the selling stage and the sold stage. We had constant updates of how the solicitor was getting on from Katie and it was just so reassuring and a really nice touch. We will definitely use you again for next time!

Honestly, Rachel Shadlock is an amazing mortgage and protection consultant. She got me through the mortgage process with so much patience and kindness. I could not have done it without her. She responds so quickly and informatively in ways a total amateur like myself can understand and she got me a mortgage when nobody else could. I am so grateful to her, and DDM (who I have also rented from in the past and highly recommend). Thank you so much for everything.

My partner and I have just finished our first house purchase through DDM. Can’t fault Zoe and her team enough for helping with all the questions we had - and there was a lot of them! Always professional and always available to help when we needed it - thank you Zoe!

I cannot recommend DDM highly enough. Kiah helped me find a home for me and my children and she was lovely, very friendly and helpful. I honestly can't express how greatful I am. Everyone who I spoke to from Brigg and Scunthorpe office were very welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a home ????

The team at the Brigg office are superstars but particular mention has to go to Kiah. She dealt with all the queries and demands following our recent purchase from the August auction and was pivotal in getting us to completion so swiftly. An absolute A1 Superstar!! Thank you Team Brigg

Many thanks to Doug Webster and the team at the Grimsby Branch. You made the process of selling my house very straight forward and easy. Accepting an offer within 2 weeks of putting it on the market was a dream come true. The little BIG things such as the phone always being answered promptly, someone actually getting back to you when they say they will, made a lovely refreshing change from other companies I've had to deal with! Many thanks again, Ruth Noble.

The team at the Brigg office have been nothing short of amazing whilst dealing with the sale of our property. Some unique hurdles were crossed to get to completion but they were always helpful and positive. They work together as a team and always have a smile and most importantly time to discuss any issues and updates. They have definately nailed customer service and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
