DDM Residential Scunthorpe

We bought our house through DDM, it was all very new to us as first time buyers but no question was too silly. Shauna was especially helpful when ever I called with a query. Thank you😊

Very quick and professional, sold the property with great ease. Would recommend.

DDM Residential sold my property immediately and they were very professional throughout. I would definitely recommend their services.

Very professional service from start to finish. It was a very hard time selling the house but DDM staff were very patient and supportive. Will definately recommend DDM in the future.

First class service … Lauren the Sales Negotiator simply delightful, helpful, efficient and professional. Thanks Lauren two very happy customers Jan and Bri ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We purchased our new home through DDM Scunthorpe last month. We are very happy with the service provided. The team was the link between us and the sellers supporting us through each step. Definitely recommend their services.

Cannot recommend DDM highly enough. From Jamie coming round to chat and take the initial photos, to Kate managing the final details on completion day, they handled everything with professionalism, warmth, patience and efficiency. My main point of contact was Kate and she was genuinely fabulous and - I am convinced - held the entire sale together singlehanded. She (and by proxy the company as a whole) went beyond what I’d have expected in terms of providing advice and support. If I ever sell again (definitely not for a while…) I wouldn’t use anyone but DDM and I’d recommend them to anyone going on the market. Also, while their suggested market price for my house wasn’t the highest of the quotes I got, I feel sure it was the most realistic (and certainly wasn’t too low either). I think this was reflected in the fact that the house sold for asking price after fewer than 24 hours on the market. Never even got as far as putting my for-sale sign up! I don’t usually write reviews, but it feels warranted when 1) service is this good 2) selling your home is a massive thing and people’s experiences are genuinely useful.

I cannot rate my experience with DDM more highly. From start to finish the quality of service was exceptional. Selling a property is definitely a stressful process and the team could not have been more helpful. Would highly recommend using the Company to anyone that is looking to sell their property.
