Been renting privately for 15 years +, so far the best letting agent I have used. Very proactive in repairs, responsive and professional in communications and friendly. Special mention to Chloe for going the extra mile to get things done over Christmas and new years and putting up with my million chaser emails. James was absolutely brilliant. He gave us honest, sound advice, took a lot of time choosing photos that really showed off our home and kept us up to date on each step. Our house sold within a day and although the chain was short, it proved a challenging time. James pushed it through and kept everyone informed so that the chain remained up to date. I would definitely recommend him and his colleagues.
