I've been a tenant of a rental with Oulsnam for ten years now, and they have always been good. My current property manager, Shania Benton, has been absolutely great for the second half of this time. She balances professionalism with being friendly really well, and seems to actually care about the tenant as a person, as well as the property as an asset for the landlord.
