Been renting privately for 15 years +, so far the best letting agent I have used. Very proactive in repairs, responsive and professional in communications and friendly. Special mention to Chloe for going the extra mile to get things done over Christmas and new years and putting up with my million chaser emails. Fairly balanced between looking after their client which is the landlord but also serving the tenant with equal attentiveness :) Thanks guys Nadine
