Buying at a distance for an 82 year old was a big ask, but I was helped and reassured when Mandy took responibility for smoothing my path as much as it was within her power to do so. I continue to rely on her and my daughter to make this difficult transition as comfortable as possible for me. She has been exceptionally kind and helpful and never makes me feel other than that she has my interests at heart, and that she will be pleased to see me settled in Wistston.
