The sale process of my property was made really simple, I had quite a lot of viewings in a very short space of time. Matt conducted the vast majority of those viewings, his approach made both myself and the viewers really comfortable, and he was able to share knowledge and inspire with me which I found to be really useful during the viewing stage. There was also a very considerable amount of support from Jess Lyne who was extremely patient with us going back and forth with offers and negotiations in order to get sale of the property over the line, the nature of the situation meant that communication wasn’t particularly straight forward, but Jess really went above and beyond to accommodate that. I can’t that you enough for the help and support you all provided!
