I recently bought a property through Whitegates which completed last week. Sarah was brilliant from beginning to end, keeping in touch and helping move the process along.

From the very first phone call to Whitegates (Crewe) to selling our property, their service has been outstanding. Emma Sutton (Valuation & Marketing Consultant) first met with me at the property to be sold. She arrived prompt at a convenient prearranged time (unlike another estate agent who arrived late) and was friendly yet professional. Emma was genuinely interested and enthusiastic, though not ‘pushy’, to sell the property. She took time to discuss how she would approach the sale and provided me with evidence of previous similar sales in the area, explaining how she had valued the property. (Emma had clearly done her homework prior to our meeting.) Within minutes of our meeting ending, Emma had emailed me with a Market Appraisal letter and ongoing contact details. I consulted two other estate agents before making my decision to proceed with Whitegates. I chose Whitegates for their friendly approach, professionalism, locality, promptness, attitude, property valuation and yes, cost which was very reasonable. Going forward with Whitegates has been so straightforward. Arranging for photographs of the property and advertising through main channels such as Rightmove and also organizing the required Energy Performance Certificate has been effortless. Property viewings were arranged and conducted by their team, saving me time and effort. I received text messages when the viewings were going to take place and feedback from Kieran (Cooney) on what prospective buyers thought about the property. Kieran would leave voicemails if unable to contact me and was instrumental in facilitating and negotiating the sale of the property, which took only five weeks. I would wholly recommend Whitegates estate agents. Their team commitment to help me and thoroughness throughout has been exceptional.
