Emma conducted the assessment of my property for sale, she came completely prepared with sales history of similar local properties which she had obviously researched because, taking into account seeing my property first hand she was ready to make, justify, with actual cases from her personal, recent experience and propose how and where to best sell it. She proved herself to be very profession but at the same time friendly enough to build a rapport, connection and the human level trust which is as, if not more important than having the technical skills, knowledge and experience. A sale is now proceeding. Whenever I'm in the market to sell a Crewe property, I will be inviting Whitegastes and hopefully Emma to assess and recommend how best to sell it.

We've just sold a property in Crewe with Whitegates ..... We can't fault the service with the entire team, professional throughout, focused on our needs and as efficient can be.

Whitegates in Crewe were wonderful. They helped me see multiple properties within the area, some a bit further out than central Crewe. They understood that I was going down the road of buying to let, so they didn't show me any brand-new or overpriced properties. After this original property is repaired, I'll use Whitegates to manage it to save me from travelling up from London each time. While some investors think that you'll save money using multiple routes such as separate builders and electricians, it's a lot of hassle that directs a lot of time that could be better used towards saving money and focusing on a new property and getting another one or investing, I believe. I cannot wait to have my first tenant within this property and hope that Whitegates check them beforehand to make sure they are relevant and will not move out instantly / damage it / have dangerous pets or not work and have no money. Fingers crossed. Now is getting the builder/damp and timber/insurance and all the fun things of having a property sorted before moving the tenant in. 🙏
