Martin & Co Saltaire did an excellent job all round. Firstly Gary, the owner I believe, came round to give me a valuation on very short notice, he also gave me an accurate valuation. I got three valuations and there was a fair difference in them, one place clearly just wanted a quick sale as their valuation was way under-market value. I did a bit of work myself to make the house as saleable as possible, Martin & Co then took it from there, the photographs were excellent, we got about 10 viewings over the first 2 weekends. Dario made himself available during both evenings and weekends to anyone that wanted to view the house, but after it became clear there was going to be a lot of interest he ensured that they were all on certain days between certain times to minimise disruption. He ultimately did his bit and the house sold for slightly above asking within 10 days of going on the market. Highly recommended.
