Helmores staff were able to let us know immediately the house we had loved and lost was back on the market so we snapped it up after viewing with a lovely member of staff who knew the area well so was really helpful. All staff were lgbt friendly which made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The process of buying took ages due to various issues.
