First class service nothing was any problem always there when needed

Mark worked incredibly hard and did an excellent job to sell our property. Would recommend to anyone. His staff went above and beyond and helped us move things along when other parts of the process got gummed up.

Fantastic estate agents! Helped me secure the perfect property I was looking for before it hit the market. The team were so helpful in making sure completion was pushed through with minimal stress. Can't thank them enough 🤍 …

Recently myself and my partner used Mark Buchanan Property Group to sell and buy our house, the whole process was very efficient with a modern approach. Nothing was ever too much hassle and all of the team were contactable any time of the day to help or advise on any problems or queries. I highly recommend to buy and/or sell using Mark Buchanan Property Group and can’t thank them all enough for their hard work!

Cannot speak highly enough of this estate agents, both Mark and Julie, so professional and helpful, guided me through the process so excellently and with the minimum amount of stress for me. Having been someone who has been stung by poor estate agents in the past, let me tell you in no uncertain terms, don't wast your time with your move, first choice or any of the others, if you are in the Workington/West Cumbria area, you have to go with Mark Bucanan property group. 5* service. You won't be disappointed.

Mark and Amy provided a most professional and supportive service across a number of months and throughout my transition from Australia until I was settled again in my new property. I can highly recommend them - thank you for always being so accommodating and approachable, Amy and Mark! 😊 …

Had the most fantastic service and experience of Marc Buchanan Property Group. Ashleigh Tunstall provided the most brilliant customer service and liaison between she and I and between the vendor and I, which it made complete sense to do, with both of our agreement. Just made everything so easy and she got back to me almost immediately- even messaging and calling me from her holiday in Tunisia to make sure nothing got held up. I can’t thank or praise her enough. She was an absolute delight to work with on my purchase- highly competent, processed and got things done incredibly quickly with the utmost professionalism. Extremely personable, friendly and incredibly likeable. Had great contacts and also recommended a brilliant firm of solicitors locally who got completion done in 3 weeks! Thank you so much, Ashleigh.

Mark and Julue Buchanan were excellent on everything they did for us nothing was a problem. They kept us up to speed with the sale of the House that was sold on our behalf I woykd certainly recommend there business to family , friends etc. A big and massive thanks to you both.

It’s hard to know where to start with this 5 star review but if I could give 10 stars I would. Mark and Julie go beyond any expectation of not only an estate agents but also a business in general. Their understanding and empathy towards your individual goals and expectations is crazy when you consider they balance everyone. I couldn’t imagine balancing lots of versions of me who have a dream home but need lots of help to get it. The UK purchasing system is rough but with these two at the healm you can literally move mountains. Thank you xx

Julie and claire have been fantastic during our purchase. They stepped in when there was solicitor issues and today we finally completed. If it wasnt for these 2 lovely ladies we would probs have walked away from the purchase. They sorted chain issues many times and kept us better Informed than solicitors. I Would 100% Recommend using this Estate agent. I Wouldnt hesitate if I needed to sell
